متن کاملCorrelation coefficients of linguistic interval hesitant fuzzy sets and their application
To address the hesitancy, inconsistency and uncertainty of decision makers’ cognitions, linguistic interval hesitant fuzzy sets (LIHFSs) are efficient tools. This paper focuses on studying the application of LIHFSs. To do this, two correlation coefficients of LIHFSs are defined, which needn't consider the length of elements in LIHFSs or the arrangement of their possible interval values. To addr...

متن کاملOn Applying Normalized Systems Theory to the Business Architectures of Information Systems
Application of the database normalization theory and the principle of orthogonal design allows us to reduce data redundancy in relational/SQL databases and hence avoid certain update anomalies and simplify development of database applications. The normalized systems theory for achieving modular and highly evolvable systems has similar goals in case of distributing the tasks of a system between ...
متن کاملGenerating Call-Level Interfaces for Advanced Database Application Programming
Database management systems (DBMS) store and manage large sets of shared data whereas application programs perform the data processing tasks, e. g., to run the business of a company. Often, these programs are written in various programming languages (PLs) embodying different type systems. Thus, DBMSs should be “multi-lingual“ to serve the application requests. This is typically achieved by prov...
